Even The Doctors Are Amazed: Soak Your Feet in One of These Mixtures and Get Rid of Toe Nail Fungus – NATURALLY!
Although fungal infections can affect any part of the body, they are mostly confined to the feet, especially the toenails. When a fungus overgrows, you get an infection. The toenail fungal infection is called onychomycosis, and occurs when there’s an overgrowth of fungi on or around your nails. These infections slowly develop over time, and may be difficult to notice at first.
The feet are ideal for fungal growth as they are a moist and warm environment which the fungi adore. The same fungi that cause toenail infections cause jock’s itch, athlete’s foot and ringworm. These infections can easily spread to another person if you come in contact with them, and can also be spread through pedicure salons that don’t disinfect their manicure and pedicure tools.
The infection affects both men and women, but there are natural solutions which could help you get rid of it. By soaking your feet in the following mixtures, you can eliminate fungal infections once and for all:
Yogurt contains live bacteria called acidophilus which can successfully eliminate the bacteria in the area between the nails and toes. Yogurt also contains other microorganisms which can destroy fungal infections. Soak your feet in yogurt, or just rub it all over your feet and let it dry. When you’re done, wash your feet with warm water.
Baking soda is a great natural remedy against fungal infections. Mix baking soda and water in a 1:3 ratio, and apply the mixture to your shoes, then let it dry. The combination will effectively kill all bacteria in your shoes.
Add 100 ml. of 3% hydrogen peroxide in a liter of distilled water and soak your feet in the solution for 20 minutes. This will eliminate any fungal infection besides preventing it from spreading or coming back. Repeat the method every morning until you notice improvements.
Corn starch is effective in destroying bacteria and fungi thanks to its absorbent properties. It can absorb the moisture from your feet perfectly and eliminate all bacteria on them. Mix half a teaspoon of corn starch with some warm water, then put the mixture in a preheated oven at 220 C until it turns dark. Rub this mixture on your feet and leave it for a minute, then wash it off with warm water.
