- 400 gr. of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
- 1 l. of water
- 400 gr. of brown sugar
- 1 smaller piece of ginger root
Heat brown sugar in a bowl, then add finely chopped onion, ginger and turmeric root. When starts to boil, reduce the heat and leave it on low heat for several minutes. Then leave to cool and pour it into a glass container. Leave at room temperature for a few minutes and then place it in the fridge.
