She Lost 89 Kilograms In 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing In Her Diet
A previously obese young woman weighing more than 150 kg is an inspiration for many obese women out there.
Her remarkable story began when she was pregnant at just age 17 and she ate so much and put on a lot of weight that doctors than examined her warned that if she kept up her eating habits she would only have a year to live.
She decided to change her lifestyle by eating only cooked healthy foods and snacks. With this new found determination she was able to lose 89 kg in just 18 months.
Here what her daily meals comprised of:
- Just a little bacon with peppers
- Fresh organic tomatoes
- 2 eggs.
- Just some baked or boiled potatoes with chili
- Either fruit or yogurt.
- Just some pasta — usually spaghetti with tomato sauce and some cheese.
When she was overweight she had many health issues and severe back pains. Her mobility was also affected and she found it increasingly difficult to walk. However, these days she is much better fitter and healthier.
She was even awarded the title of “Woman of the Year” by the Obesity center.
