Instagram Is Crazy For Her Abs! This Is Her Secret

The new Instagram sensation is called Alice Liveing, a girl who gained millions of followers thanks to her perfect abs.

Alice started posting photos of her meals and training sessions on her Instagram profile (@clean_eating_alice) a year ago, and quickly gained 180 000 followers. However, Alice was not always this fit.

“When I started to experiment with food, I quickly learned that only what I eat for breakfast has a big impact on my mood and energy throughout the day. Food has different effect on people, and my desire was to develop positive attitude towards healthy food,” Alice says, and adds that she doesn’t limit her servings. “I realized that healthy food is the fuel my body needs.”

The 20-year old student is an actress and a dancer, and is currently on tour. Besides her frequent trips, she says that her eating regime is not difficult – it has become her lifestyle. “I don’t have to stick to certain foods and I can eat candy without feeling regret. I learned how to eat the right food for my weight and form, and I exercise every day, even when I’m on tour,” says Alice.

Alice’s advice on food for a flat stomach

Leafy vegetables

Leafy vegetables are an ideal food for weight loss. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber which have a positive effect on the body. Try eating more kale, spinach and cabbage.

Eggs

Eggs are one of Alice’s favorite foods – they contain healthy fats and proteins which will make you feel full for longer. They can also be combined with numerous other ingredients.

Fatty fish

Salmon, tuna and mackerel are rich in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids which have a positive effect on the cardiovascular health. They reduce the risk of blood clots, heart attack and arrhythmia, and also possess anti-inflammatory properties.

Don’t avoid fats

Fats have been scrutinized for decades, and low-fat diets were recommended to anyone who wanted to lose weight. However, saturated fats are not dangerous for you. Most of the fats in your diet should come from polyunsaturated sources such as avocado, fatty fish and walnuts, while you should avoid trans-fats which are present in margarine for example. If consumed moderately, saturated fats will not pose a problem to your health.
