Juice Recipes for Liver Cleanse
The liver is the most over-worked organ of your body. It helps in neutralizing all the toxins that enter your body. It works non-stop and can be damaged easily. To protect your liver from any damage, the following recipe is recommended. It will keep your liver healthy.
– Lemons- 6
– Garlic cloves- 4
– Mint leaves- 4
– Ginger root
– Flaxseed oil- 3 tablespoons
– Cumin powder
– Boil 500 ml of water and cool it.
Cut and place some pieces of ginger and garlic in water for some time. Next, take the juice of lemon and grapefruit and blend them in a blender. To this, add cumin, flaxseed oil and mint leaves. Then add the juice of ginger and garlic to it. Mix it and drink.
