This herb isn’t just a garnish for your dinner but it also a potent odor-fighting ingredient. The chlorophyll in parsley helps eliminate the bacteria in your mouth. Simply nosh on some parsley leaves to eliminate bad breath.

Avocado

Avocados help to kill the bacteria in your digestive tract and therefore addressing the bacteria problem in your mouth as well. Eat a slice of avocado for an immediate effect.

Cardamom

Cardamom has an aromatic flavor which translates to refreshing breath when you eat just a few seeds. Sunflower seeds and fenugreek seeds are other seeds that help eradicate bad breath. You can also incorporate these seeds into dishes which may otherwise result in bad breath (e.g. dishes with onions or garlic in them).
