11 BIG Reasons Why Dehydration Makes You Sick and Fat
I have one word for you: Water.
People always want to question something. It’s in their blood. It’s always the same question. How much water do we need? Why do we need it? If my weight is this, how much water do I need to drink to lose a few pounds?
When my new clients bombard me with questions like these I always tell them to calm down.
Water is water and if I tell you how much you need in a day, you won’t hold it down to that amount.

The percentage of how many people held to that amount was really small. You need to make water your habit. Your daily routine.
