How Many Times Per Year You Should Change Your Toothbrush?

Toothbrush is part of our daily routine, but if the toothbrush is old that will result in more damage rather than benefit.

It is more often than most of the people can assume. With regular use, your toothbrush wears and tears and after a while it becomes retreat for viruses and bacteria. Professional dentists recommend toothbrush change on every three months or immediately after you notice worn-out signs.  Worn-out bristles lose their effectiveness at removing dental plaque and can also damage your gums, so bristles tip should always be rounded and soft.

After brushing your teeth, you must rinse the tooth brush with water, and let it dry in open air.  If you put it in its case immediately, bacteria and germs can immediately spread.
