Coconut oil provides energy to your body during sleep, preventing you from waking up in hunger. It also controls the increase in blood sugar. Raw honey provides enough glycogen storage for the liver, to fuel the brain. If you don’t have enough glycogen, stress hormones are secreted; adrenaline and cortisol – which will interrupt your sleep cycle.
Salt lowers stress hormones, and assist the body in energy production. Enough sodium in the blood reduces the concentration of adrenaline and cortisol secretion in the body.
