Use Diluted ACV
Combine even amounts of ACV and water in a small cup. People with sensitive skin should add ¼ cup of ACV to 3 cups of water. Apply the solution directly on the affected area using a cotton ball. Also, you can put the solution in a spray bottle and spray on the affected area. Use twice a day, in the morning and night until the condition improves.
Add two cups of ACV to warm bathwater. Mix well and then soak in the water for around 30 minutes. Optionally, you can add 1/3 cup of sunflower or safflower oil to the bathwater. This will effectively heal the dry patches on the skin. This method is ideal for people with sensitive skin and for those who have serious sores due to eczema. It will eliminate dead skin cells and moisturize your skin.
Prepare Homemade ACV Liquid
Dilute one tablespoon of ACV in 16 oz of lukewarm water. To improve the taste, add a little bit of honey, maple syrup or blackstrap molasses. Mix well and consume it three times a day, 30 minutes before meal. Add some moisturizer to your skin after applying the solution to prevent dry skin caused by ACV.
