Smoking is a very bad habit that negatively impacts the body in many different ways. The University of Colorado in Boulder, conducted a study about this subject. The results of the study showed that genetics play significant role in whether the smokers can and how will they quit smoking. The individuals who are described as ‘emotional’, are having more difficult time quitting. In fact due to these emotional reasons, people light up the cigarettes in the first place. People who are having difficult time quitting are usually the ones who suppress their anxiety, sadness, anger and even joy.
