PREVENT ALZHEIMER’S DISEASES USING WALNUTS
Experiments done on mice showed that adding walnuts to the diet can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
Researchers from the “New York State Institute for Basic Research of Developmental Disablities” reported significant improvements when it comes to learning ability, memory, reduced anxiety and motor skills in animals fed with nuts.
In the study mice were fed with the amount of nuts which in human nutrition would be equivalent of 30-50 grams per day.
