This lemonade is easy to make and can be enjoyed every day. You will need the following ingredients:

  • Carbonated water / chilled water – 4 cups
  • Turmeric (powder or grated) – 2 tbps
  • Maple syrup (pure) – 4 tbsp (you can use stevia or honey)
  • Lime or lemon juice – 1-1/2 cup
  • Blood orange juice – from 1 blood orange (optional)

Peel the turmeric using a spoon. Mix all these ingredients in a pitcher and mix well. A lemon slice can be included as a garnish.
